Megan was such a great help to us! From venues to design to small details, Megan had it handled. Megan even was on maternity leave a couple months before our wedding, but she was so forward-thinking and organized, that it did not cause any stress! The website platform she uses for planning was also a great, unexpected help, keeping us very organized. Would recommend Megan to anyone!
Arbor and Bloom (Megan Adams) was a vital part of the successful execution of our entire wedding day event. We opted for the month-of coordination package, but Megan made herself available from first contact to any questions we ran into. We were very impressed with the welcome gift we received from Arbor and Bloom (it was a nice touch)! Megan did a superb job of putting together a seamless timeline and getting vendors together behind the scenes. She also helped with the placement of some decor, which allowed family member to remain present in the moment of the day. Megan is a timely, strong communicator and my only regret was not knowing about her sooner in the process! She will be your biggest cheerleader through the process no matter what stage of planning you are in. On the actual day of, my wife and I did not actually have to worry about a single thing besides loving each other and appreciating our family and friends. If you are looking for a sign to hire a wedding planner/coordinator, this is it! She truly was the key to the least stressful day we could have imagined. We thank you greatly, Megan!
Megan was the best type of wedding planner I could have. My husband and I had gotten engaged and relocated to Indiana shortly after. Originally we thought about doing the wedding in Chicago, but the drive would make it difficult to plan appropriately. From there, I knew I needed to get some help and after meeting with Megan it was such a match made. She made the whole process so enjoyable for me and Jett. From the big details to the small details, Megan was on top of it! Couldn't have picked out a better planner for our big day.
Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with. On Arbor & Bloom's website, it says the company's primary goal is for their clients to have nothing to worry about on their special day. Megan and her team far surpassed this!! As someone who is a Type A, planner, control freak, I found it easy to trust Megan and know that she had everything handled. I did not have a single worry on my wedding day. While Megan was at my venue creating my dream space for the ceremony and reception the day-of (setting up all my candles, signage, guest book, etc.), Tonya was at my get-ready spot making sure we were on schedule, getting us lunch, and was truly such a sweet highlight of the day! I bought the day-of-coordination package (gold package) and it was perfect for me. As stated before, I am a Type A person who loves to plan. Even as this type of person, it was incredibly helpful to have Megan as my day-of-coordinator, especially because in this package, she starts to provide her services eight weeks out. I truly felt like everything was under control and was actually able to enjoy my last couple of months as a bride without worrying too much about the planning and coordinating of my wedding. She was easy to communicate with and always responded to us in a timely fashion. Megan is knowledgable, provides helpful advice, is so sweet, and easy to work with. She truly made my wedding day and the weeks leading up to it a breeze! I 100% recommend Arbor and Bloom's services. A huge thank you to Megan and the Arbor & Bloom team to making our dream wedding a reality!!
We had such a great experience with Megan and her team at Arbor and Bloom Events! They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided anything and everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were under as little stress as possible.
