We are in the midst of furnishing our soon to be completed renovated row house in the Museum District and have been helped by Edgar from Arhaus. After a few visits Edgar leaned our tastes and provided several recommendations on pieces which we’ve purchased. Edgar has been supremely helpful and our experience with Arhaus has been amazing. We’ll be back!
I have nothing but good things to say about Arhaus in Richmond, VA. Sales with Edgar was a positive, client focused experience. He offered helpful design input spending alot of time guiding me to great purchase decisions. He and the store manager, Chase, were all-in customer advocates in resolving a delivery issue. Response was prompt and to my satisfaction. If you're in the Richmond area, stop in the Arhaus store; you won't be disappointed!
If you really want something from Arhaus, don't go here! Order online if you have to, but avoid Arhaus if you can. We ordered a table from them that took months to arrive, then came damaged. We were told the warranty covers everything but of course, it didn't! After talking to customer service on the corporate side, they agreed to replace it...BUT its been many more months and still not replaced. The first attempt to replace it was also damaged, and then the second attempt we have been trying to schedule it with the delivery team but no luck! First it snowed and we said no problem safety first, then they tried to reschedule twice and no showed! Anyways, just DO NOT BUY ARHAUS!
Great furniture and designs however, after spending as much money as I did on a piece of furniture, I'm disappointed in the customer service I received from the Short Pump location. I placed an order on 11/11 and was hoping to get it delivered by 11/23 as it was an in-stock item for an event I was having. After speaking with someone in their logistics department prior to ordering, he assured me that it would be very easy to get this expedited on a truck and highly likely to be delivered that Friday or Saturday before my event. After placing the order with Diahn, there was no follow up or urgency from her in making sure this was taken care of. I had to reach out twice regarding the order and there was a significant delay in communication, which in my opinion is unacceptable from a company like this. Finally, when I had to call the store for an update, I was just told, sorry we couldn't make it happen but it will be delivered on the 25th. I would have never ordered this item if it couldn't be expedited, unlike I was told.
We LOVE Arhaus! We completely furnished a home with Arhaus just outside Kansas City about 10 years ago. Now, we are fully outfitting another home wholly from Arhaus! The style is relaxed sophistication creating a home that is comfortable, unique, and gorgeous! Angela and Diahn made me feel welcome and appreciated at the store. They helped make furniture, rug, and decor choices for our rooms that we will love and treasure for decades to come!
