From being out-of town, this place was really cool to visit. Some items were priced to high but decent. Would come back.
When I went to the hospital today to visit a close friend, I was so very excited to see the beautiful flower delivery from Stranges that I had ordered this week for her! The pink roses were so big and full and fragrant, and the greenery and the vase and the balloon were just PERFECT! She was so excited to get the flowers, and she was so pleased to have everyone comment on just how WONDERFUL they looked! Stranges is my go to for all of my flower deliveries, and I enjoy buying plants and flowers at their fabulous greenhouse several times a month! Special Thanks to Will, Jeanne, Ann, Cindy, Melissa, Angel and all of the fine folks at Stranges at Short Pump! Angel is my favorite cashier and she always has a nice smile for me, and we always enjoy chatting about our day and my flower purchases! Thanks so everyone, YOU ALL ARE SO HELPFUL AND SO FRIENDLY! Strange's has been our go-to shop for many years and without disappointment. They always have a great variety of flower and vegetable plants at very reasonable prices. The collection of earthen pots is unique and something that keeps refreshing year over year making it a perfect companion to purchase along with plants when expanding the collection. The plants they sell are healthy to survive the transplanting and new environment but just in case they don't you can return them within 30 days with a receipt (although never ever had to do that yet). Would recommend to anyone to visit them and have a look.
If you're in the plants or gardening this is the place you've got to come to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They have about every plant that you could possibly imagine and all the supporting accessories. During the holidays as you can see my pictures they go all out into Christmas. They also have a large assortment of yard products. Such as Mulch and Stone Products. They have a full-service florist on hand for all your needs.
