I set an appointment a week ago my only day off for awhile. Waiting since 11 am and no one text or called. I reached out and was told the tech had strep and if I could reschedule -- really?! NO. Wasted my time and day. Will not call them ever!!
We called Aspire to service a split unit we have in basement. We specifically told them it was a split or secondary unit. Not the main unit. The tech arrived at our residents, came inside the basement cut on the split unit inside. Went over to the breaker box. And went outside to look at the other part of split unit outside. Then told us "it couldn't be fixed" & they don't work on 10 year old units. And then proceeded to persuade us to buy new split unit. He didn't do any testing. Nor service outside piece to split unit. As a matter of fact he took only 10min to come inside & go outside just to tell us he couldn't service it. And still charge us $92! We told him we didn't want to pay for another split unit at this time. He then told us we owed $85 plus tax, that made the total $92. The service was unsatisfactory & the tech barely even touched the outside split. unit. We reached out to Andrew and Zach for a refund but they have yet to return our call. The female representative who answers the phone is belligerent is unwilling to refund our $92 for inadequate service. We recommend anybody dealing with Aspire to make sure they get clarity on the fees for techs coming out and barely touching the unit or not doing any testing or diagnostics. Please send my mom's her refund Andrew or Zach?
Josh and Amanda were great! Very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work around our busy schedules for the install. They were recommended by a friend and after meeting them I can understand why.
After a horrible experience with another local company, we called Aspire for assistance. Technician Chris came out in a timely manner, and the dispatch was very communicative about when they would arrive. While in our home, Chris was very personable and took the time to show us everything he was doing to diagnose the problem with our AC. He was thorough, diligent, and very kind to our family. Prices were reasonable for the service and care we received. Will be signing up for their membership to continue receiving this level of service.
Where do I begin!!! First of all the Aspire team showed up on time, and did an awesome job!! They were very friendly and professional. Our new AC/furnace is fantastic and the crew stayed and completed the installation in one day. Once the job was done, they took the time to take us on a tour of our new system and explained all the details. I have been bragging about the excellent service to all my friends and family and my sister was so excited about our experience, that she is getting a free in home consultation. Thank you once again Aspire Heating and Cooling for such a wonderful experience, respectfully, The Guy Family.
