We had a periodic inspection/routine maintenance visit. The service technician---Mr. Brandon Sylvester---was world class in every way. His inspection was comprehensive and thorough; His explanations of results and recommended actions were clear and concise. We were also impressed by Mr. Sylvester's ability to provide and explain multiple options for future action. This was hands down the best plumbing preventive maintenance session we have ever had. 5 Star+
Brandon did an excellent job. He stayed until an unusual situation was diagnosed with a hot water heater still under warranty. He worked with the team at PF Plumbing and made the correct decision to replace the unit. The installation of the new unit was flawless.
I called for a backed up kitchen sink and Joe was dispatched within a few hours and had the drain working within an hour. He was professional and efficient and he left the work space cleaner than it was when he arrived. I felt comfortable with him in the house, and he did a great job explaining what he did without making me feel dumb. I will say, we paid a little over $600 just for the kitchen sink to be snaked. I found the price to be outrageous, but you feel kind of trapped into using them since there is a $60 dispatch fee. I will not be using them again simply because of price, and I will not be able to recommend them for that reason. I know that plumbing is a skill, one I do not have, but I highly doubt the employees who are doing the work are taking home the majority of that check.
Ken Barnett and assistant were friendly and knowledgeable. When we asked questions they answered and explained available options. The visit was an annual checkup of our water heater which had been installed a year earlier. We asked about household water filter system. It was more than we expected to spend but what we wanted and we are very satisfied. Kenneth is a great service tech to represent your company.
Dana and Ashley on the phone were great customer service and immediate response to scheduling needs. Corey and Ken arrived on time and were very professional. They put shoe covers on before coming in and got right to work. They explained and showed us the issues, gave us options and pricing up front. They were able to unplug the sink and get the garbage disposal unjammed without having to replace it. It was the least expensive option. They took a quick look at the hot water heater for us while they were there and found a leak. The pan was just about to overflow and there were other obvious issues. It is 18 years old. We were thankful it was caught before causing ceiling and other damage. This is Friday and it is scheduled for replacement on Monday. Great service we will obviously use going forward.
