I was pleased with signing in with Audubon and the staff was welcoming and efficient. I am a new patient with them and the purpose of my visit was an annual body scan to spot any issues that might be a dangerous mole or anything else suspicious- all was well. I will go back later for an IPL laser treatment, and I got a prescription tor a gel for my rosacea. Everyone was welcoming and I felt well taken care of.
My experience with Audubon Dermatology has been wonderful. Dr. Jackson is very thorough and found a melanoma on my arm six months ago. She has seen me twice since to be sure nothing else is amiss. I showed up today thinking I had an appointment, which I had changed, but they were kind enough to fit me in anyway. Even with that being said, I did not have to wait too long, and my checkup was very thorough and I had time to ask questions afterwards. They are highly professional and, I feel, very thorough. I transferred from my previous doctor because her wait time varied from one hour to two! Consistently! This office runs like a top. Very considerate of their patients.
I have been treating with Dr. Hooper for over 15 years. I am a fair skinned redhead, and she always takes such good care of me. I suffer from rosacea which she has helped me almost completely clear up. As well as a few mole biopsies. She always answers any questions I may have and her support staff is also wonderful! I highly recommend Audubon Dermatology
Audubon and Dr. Hooper are THE best!! They are always super thorough, personable, yet efficient. Very respectful of your time and concerns. I cannot recommend them enough. We've been seeing Dr. Hooper for several years now and she came highly recommended before that. We love Audubon!
I personally have found going to Audubon Dermatology has been an extremely rewarding and enjoyable experience way to handle my dermatology needs. The staff from the front desk to the nursing staff have always been professional and informative from beginning to the end of my visit. Dr. Hooper’s care has literally saved my life through her knowledge of treating melanoma in office and when necessary referring me to surgical care. Grateful that I am considered one of her clients.
