One of the best decisions I've made for my wellness routine. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is extremely clean, modern, and has a calming vibe. They provide everything you need so you can just show up and relax. The equipment is state-of-the-art and well-maintained. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a natural way to reduce inflammation and boost their mood.
I have been to this facility many times over the last several months and I am always pleased with each experience, even if trying something new. My recent favs are the saunas! They are located in private suite spaces with cool towels in your room so you don't have to worry about overheating, and can take breaks as needed during your session. You also have your choice of playlist through the speakers or bring your own device/headphones. I usually use the time in the sauna for a heated stretch and deep breath work. I also recommend all other services, as the team is professional and the facility houses state of the art equipment.
This is our first time at this location and it was absolutely amazing the staff greeted us with smiles upon arrival and made sure to explain every treatment in great detail. I would highly recommend. We already booked again next week. The ladies here are so pleasant and the building is beautiful especially if you’re into aesthetics.

Gorgeous facility with incredible treatments and staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a little self care, best in the city and best treatments I’ve ever had - even better than any luxury hotel spa in NYC!
