Hend is absolutely precious and compassionate. Our purchase was a little rocky but she fought for us and stayed in touch with clear communication every step of the way. I highly recommend Kasia and her team. Selling my house was a long and challenging process that stretched from April to November, but they stayed with me every step of the way and ultimately got the deal done. The sale had just about every obstacle you can imagine: a first buyer who backed out after inspection despite everything being disclosed, a tough market, multiple requests for concessions and price reductions, and a septic issue that surfaced mid-process. Through it all, Kasia was a skilled negotiator who knew when to find middle ground and when to stand firm. She was particularly impressive at closing when the buyer tried to shift financial risk onto me at the last minute - she shut that down completely. Beyond the negotiation skills, she and her team were helpful from the start, connecting me with contractors for pre-listing repairs and maintaining good communication throughout the months-long process. Selling a house that needs work in a difficult market isn't easy, but I felt supported and well-represented the entire time. If you need a realtor who will stick with you through complications and fight for your interests, I'd recommend her without hesitation.
I would 100% recommend Kasia and her entire team to anyone buying or selling a home. She is a top notch professional and will guide experienced and new buyers and sellers through the process. She'll go to bat for her clients and we felt taken care of throughout the entire process.
