Brian took his time from December 2024 to the beginning of February 2025 to find us the perfect home. One of the tour days we were supposed to go out and see a few houses but then it snowed and we felt unsafe to drive. Brian came and picked us up in his Jeep so that we could go out and see the places we wanted to see! Brian is a great guy that wants the best for you, my wife and I are so grateful for everything that he did!!

If you are nervous about finding a realtor – STOP and read this. Making a move cross-country is stressful enough without having to deal with the unknowns of a new real estate market. We contacted Brian almost a year before our actual move, which was delayed due to unexpected health issues. Brian and his team NEVER LOST TOUCH WITH US. He amazed us as he worked to really understand who we were and what we would be looking for. When the time came, they were not only ready for us, but they answered our questions before we knew we had them. Brian focused us on the right neighborhoods and home styles and gave excellent insights into the different options we were considering. We never once felt pressured or uncomfortable through the process—in fact, just the opposite. I don’t believe this could have gone more smoothly. This includes the other professionals Brian referred us to for all the other requirements of making this move! We’ve worked with other realtors in the past and none can hold a candle to these professionals! I absolutely recommend the Brian Frere Team and give them the highest satisfaction rating I can give.
