Shirley was great help! She assisted my girlfriend and I choose an engagement ring, which is very beautiful. Despite how busy they were, Shirley did a great job helping us out.
Customer service was second to none. They couldn't be more helpful. We got our engagement and wedding rings there and they were as excited as we were about our wedding. Now at any time that I am in Belfast I pop in and say hi and they always clean my rings and chat. The perfect place to shop. Total VIP treatment every time.
Went in looking for ideas for wedding bands for myself and my partner, all staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. Shannon was especially good, she offered us drinks and gave us plenty time to look at all the different designs with no pressure at all. She emailed us our choices so we had time to think over it, and told us about ordering later on. They all. even gave us recommendations for places for dinner that evening which was so helpful, we left feeling that it was a lovely special appointment, thank you all (especially Shannon)x
We had such a great experience here, Shannon helped us out when we were there to pick our engagement ring. She was so informative and we had such a great time chatting to her, she didn't try to sell us anything, instead just helped us make sure we made the right decision for us. Leah and Ciara were there today when we went to pick it up and again they made the experience so exciting and enjoyable, and we left feeling like they genuinely cared about our choice. Overall we had a great time with Austen & Blake Belfast and we'll definitely be going to them for our wedding rings too. Would recommend them to anyone!
Couldn't recommend Austen and Blake enough. Shirley was so friendly and helped us design my new engagement ring to perfection. When I collected the ring the store manager dealt with me and she was amazing! 5 stars for the Belfast store!
