Exceptional Service from Ciara! We had such a fantastic experience at Ellisons thanks to Ciara. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and was honest in her assessment of how particular styles of rings suited my finger, she offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Ciara’s attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made the whole process feel special. She clearly knows her craft and made sure we felt confident and excited about our purchase. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. Ciara was an absolute gem and makes a great cup of tea! Thank you.
We came to Ireland to elope and we needed my wedding band which we wanted to be from Ireland as a forever souvenir. Most other jewelers didn't have my size and looked at us like we were crazy needing a ring by the next day, but Sharon welcomed us in right before closing and we found the PERFECT band that fit! She held it and we picked it up the next morning. No regrets and now have a daily reminder of our amazing trip.
Lovely shop experience. Excellent customer service by staff. Beautifully presented ranges of pieces with various jewels. There is nothing Ellison Jewellers was unable to assist us with. Such a lovely shop. We Purchased our wedding rings here prior to postponing our wedding due to Covid. When I contacted the shop to inform them of the rescheduled date they had no problem keeping our rings safe until The date despite only having paid a deposit! They never hounded us once for payment and everything was done at our own ease. There was a slight problem with my husbands ring. We contacted Jonny and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. We will definitely be back in the near future and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase wedding rings. Thanks for a brilliant experience.
