Had an amazing experience getting my nails done. Louise was very professional, paid great attention to detail. Perfect shape, perfect length, looks natural, strong and beautiful. Highly recommended.
This is the first time I got my nails done in my entire life. Honestly the worst experience cause now im traumatized to ever get my nails done due to this kinda damage. They file your nails so much and dont even use strengthening polish or any bacterial cleaning solutions. The glue they use is so hard and she doesnt even clean it in the end that you'll have solid pieces stuck under your nail which will annoy you. My friend and I visited this place and her nails lasted longer than mine but by the end of her removal process all her nails were chipping and cracking due to the excessive filing. Even when it came to removal day they didn't use the proper method of removal. They used another fake nail to take out my nails. Like who does that???? Didn't even soak them off. Just put the fake nail in the gaps and removed them. Which was quiet painful.
I had my nails done by Louise today and she was such a delight from beginning to end. Very friendly, easy to talk to, patient, and her work is amazing! It was my first time meeting her and I felt like I’ve known her for a long time. I can’t wait to come back!
Update review: Emma kept her word and made my new nails look amazing. She appreciated my original post and seemed disappointed that it didn't last long. She was amazing. I did services with Emma and I said I wanted thin looking nails but acrylic because I was going on vacation and now on vacation and wanted nice nails. She did who knows what kind of services on my nails. I did them this past Thursday. By Sunday one fell off. Yesterday another fell off and today another. Her and someone beside her kept saying dont worry it'll last... it didn't.
