Great customer service! I'm not sure the name of the lady at the entrance that greets people, but she is excellent. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed warmly and she immediately asked if we were in looking for anything inparticular so that she can direct us over. There was a lot of people in line for geek squad when I came in, but that's because they're very thorough with the work they do. Super great staff all around!
I came into Best Buy looking for a simple battery for my key fob, and what happened next completely exceeded my expectations. I accidentally placed my key fob on one of the kiosks, where it slipped down inside the post and became stuck at the bottom. Immediately, the security guard, Gibbs, with (Celtic Cross security solutions LLC) stepped in to help and was able to calm my nerves.. Within minutes, several members of the Best Buy team joined in, all working together to retrieve my key. The staff went above and beyond—bringing out tools, carefully taking apart the kiosk, and doing everything possible to help, all without a single complaint. Their patience, kindness, and teamwork were truly incredible. I’ve never experienced that level of care and customer service before. I’m extremely grateful to the entire team for their help and professionalism, and I will 100% be returning to that Best Buy for all of my electronic needs. Thank you so much to the Best Buy team—you made a stressful situation/day completely manageable, and I genuinely appreciate it.
Manager Dylan was such a GREAT person. I had an issue with a tv at another Best Buy and Dylan demonstrated great professionalism and care, really emphasizing his role and demonstrating his leadership by helping me out immediately and with a smile . Dylan was not only very nice to me, but he was kind to my mom and dad and reassured us that we will be taken care of. I will 100% be back, I don’t usually make reviews but for people like Dylan, I’d go out of my way. I hope Best Buy recognizes Dylan for his support and commitment to making the store worth visiting and holding customer service to a higher standard. Additionally, I was also helped out by employee Carlos, who jumped in right away to help assess the situation by making us feel welcome and letting us know that we have nothing to worry about which was again, reassuring. Both of these candidates were excellent and showed great enthusiasm, they really put the Best in Best Buy. :) xoxo

He took the time to ask about my layout, Wi-Fi strength, what I wanted to cover (front porch, driveway, backyard), and even pulled up compatibility details on his device. He walked me through setup basics, app features, subscription pros/cons, and troubleshooting tips like nobody else has. No rush, no upselling pressure—just genuine expertise that saved me from buying the wrong gear. Installed everything myself later that day with zero issues thanks to his advice. If you’re shopping Ring cameras (or any smart home security), ask for Keenan. Best customer service I’ve had in years. Highly recommend! This is the second Best Buy I came to for a DJI creator combo. The first one was on Thunderbird. They had what I was looking for, but I didn’t like the way I was treated so I decided not to buy it there. Instead, I drove 10 miles to this Best Buy on Camelback. It was a night and day difference. I was helped by Elijah, who knew exactly what I was looking for. He was helpful and pleasant. I will come to this Best Buy from now on. Everyone was friendly and polite from the moment, I stepped in until I left.
