I went to Sun Valley Stereo because my car stereo wasn’t working properly. I stopped in on a Friday morning to see if they could take a look. Ryan came right outside, checked things over, and told me it could be the speakers or possibly the stereo. I asked about the diagnostic cost—he explained the price clearly and told me I’d need an appointment. I booked one for the following Tuesday at 9 AM. He also told me the diagnostic fee would go toward the repair cost if I had the work done at the same time. Great deal—most places don’t do that anymore. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning at 9 AM. About an hour later, Ryan called with the results: the speakers needed to be replaced. He gave me a few options, and I chose to upgrade to the better set. He quoted me the total price out the door and said he’d let me know when the car was ready. Around noon, Ryan called to say everything was done. I picked up the car, and the stereo sounds fantastic. Thank you, Ryan and crew—job well done. I highly recommend Sun Valley Stereo.
