This store has a lot of great employees. But today I had a unique situation with a return where most associates wouldn’t listen and just move on to the next customer. Tatiana provided exceptional customer service in listening to my problem, helping me explain it to the manager, and ultimately coming to a resolution that gave me my refund. I was almost done with Best Buy if this wasn’t resolved, after having a bad interaction at another location with this same issue. I’ve been to a lot of Best Buy’s since it’s one of my favorite stores. But this location is one of the best 👍
Came here to buy a new computer monitor, they had a great selection of them on display. I knew what I was looking for, so I appreciated the employees not immediately coming over to bother me, letting me browse. They gave me 5 to 10 minutes, then came over and asked to help, by then I had made up my mind and picked what I wanted out. It was available for less on Amazon, the employees helpfully price matched the monitor for me, and I was in and out very quickly. Very happy with my new LG 45-in OLED monitor. Thank you for the excellent service, would buy again.
I walked into Best Buy on a simple mission, replace a power cord I left behind in Saint Louis so my portable cooler could stop being a very expensive paperweight. Credit where it is due, they did have exactly what I needed. Once I finally got someone to help me, there were no issues and the transaction itself was painless. The problem is getting help in the first place. Getting an employee to notice you, acknowledge you, or even make eye contact felt like an endurance test. From what I could tell, there appeared to be exactly one employee at the front of the store who actually knew what was going on, and she was being pulled in a thousand directions at once. That is not her fault, that is a staffing and management problem. It was the Friday after Christmas, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Still, the store was not very busy, and if they had been hit with a real rush, they would have been completely up the creek. Bottom line. They had the product. They solved the problem. But if you need help quickly, bring patience.
Thumbs up to the customer service at this place. Addas Ahmad is really good when it comes to customer service. He helped me with the purchase of my new laptop and I got the specs that were required for my class. He also took the time to let me know about all the offers available at the store. Great work guys keep it up.
