This Walmart Supercenter is absolutely humongous. For its size it’s pretty well organised and stocked even though some aisles were completely empty. I was particularly impressed with their selection of yoghurts! Managed to pick up a few flavours I’ve never seen or had before. The staff are nice and polite. It’s a shame when you see so much security because some people can’t be bothered to pay for goods.
How am I even supposed to buy anything if everything is Fun locked up? $6 item requires me to wait around for an employee, check out, then go find my next locked up item, wait 20 minutes check, out. So on and so forth. Fun that! Shop elsewhere!
Smaller selection than webster but easy to get around and figure out. Pretty easy to find things. So if you just want to get one thing or a couple, just go to this walmart. But you’ll find a lot of things you need despite the selection being smaller than webster. This location is a lot better than dewey, chili, and hudson. Might be the busiest walmart in rochester though.
This place desperately needs some sort of revamp or new management. The employees are so rude and lazy (mostly ) . Me and four other women waited upwards of 20 minutes by the beauty department near the locked cases . We all asked multiple employees for help and no one had a key. No calls were made made and we all were so surprised . Not to mention 20 minutes prior to this I had came over to the shelves myself , asked for someone to unlock them, a lady called and asked and someone said they’d be right over , I waited and waited and no one came so I left . No sense of urgency but all walking around with a vest saying “happy to help”. Not to mention no checkouts here are ever open. Just don’t expect to be in here quick. I got three items and was here for an hour cause there is no one to help and you wait in line for ages .
Ok Walmart, just how long are you going to leave your expensive equipment just sitting around!? Your workers are quick to say to us customers on how much these electric carts cost to have.. but how are they allowed to just sit far from your store? I thought you have installed an electric "kill switch" to keep this from happening? I believe that you missed one or three. There used to be 2 here on the corner of Jefferson Road and Clay Road in front of Shake Shack. Right in front of the RTS bus stop. I myself dont have a vehicle that can move this back to your store. But Id think you need all of the equipment you have.. So please also do your part and pick up your equipment. Snow is flying soon and sidewalks will need to be plowed.
