Highly recommend this place! Very efficient, thorough, comfortable and clean. I am a nervous person and do not tolerate pain well, however, Maria knows how to make it so that it’s less painful, and quick! Her technique is amazing and unique. I also like how she explains her products and/or her process; she is detailed, personable, and organized. Thank you, Maria!
I’ve been going to Maria for a year now and cannot tell you how great she is. I hadn’t waxed in years and she helped me through the first one to make it as painless as possible. Since then, she’s been amazing - fast, thorough, and even helps get out tiny ingrown before they become a bigger problem! She is also so personable - we always have great conversations. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
I have been going to Maria for 10 years for waxing services and will never go to another place. It is not only she is very good at what she does, but you feel safe with all the safety precautions she has in her rooms. This is my first time making a review of her to thank her for the facials she did on my face with microdermabrasion. I have so many compliments and to think it is my first time to try it out when she offered it. I will keep on coming back for all of her beauty treatments because she makes wonders.
I searched for a long time in DC to find the best waxing studio. Maria is THE Best! Sanitary, super clean environment which is very important to me. She is attentive, professional with magic hands where the Brazilian is virtually painless. Five stars to Maria. Her years of experience shows in the service that she provides.
I have been going to Maria for almost a year, if not a year already. I have been to other wax businesses in DC and none of them come close to Maria’s services. Maria not only brings years of experience in this profession (which I personally value), but including that she is thorough in her services which shows to me that she values providing quality services to her clients, which she does. Maria is also patient with you and will explain what she is doing and/ or what you should do as a client to make your waxing experience better. Additionally, Maria has kept me safe and her business extremely sanitary given COVID-19 and I respect that especially considering the services she renders. You will always be in a truly clean environment with Maria and feel safe and respected. I continue and plan to continue receiving my wax services from Maria.. so very glad I found her!
