Mike from Better Plumbing is an absolute pro. We called him for a mystery leak in our apartment and he was there on time and sorted out our problem (hot water system) extremely quick and at a very good rate. We found Mike Better Plumbing on Facebook Varsity Lakes Community page and straight away we knew this was the right company to go with. He was just so kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Mike from Better Plumbing. He returned my call straight away and was very pleasant to deal with. He arrived on time, did a great job, and even helped me out with a couple of small jobs / advice at no extra cost. I now only have 1 plumber magnet on my fridge! Definitely recommend!
Nothing but great service from Mike at better plumbing. He returned my calls promptly, came when he was booked in to have a look at the job and give a quote and the same with the day he came to do the roof repairs. He was very nice and he explained everything that required fixing and why, showed us photos of the job before and after(which was good for my hubby as he can't get up on the roof anymore to see what's going on). Hubby (80 yrs old)was offering help and watching on at times and Mike was so lovely and courteous and patient with him. Much appreciated. From beginning to end the communications and work flowed easily. And a great job. Thanks Mike. Ps would happily recommend Better Plumbing if you need some work done.
Mike is exceptional to work with, A+ service. Swift, efficient and relocated my broken hot water system to a new unit outside within two days of looking at it!
