The Team at Reactive Plumbing and Drains did a great job with a new Hotwater Service Installation when our 19 year heater eventually failed. The same day service was outstanding and much appreciated . They communicated the whole process from start to finish with ease! Highly recommend Reactive Plumbing and Drains. Wayne.
Great job done by Josh Hills. Everything was done within a short time frame. Jemma also was very good in communicating times and arranged for Josh to assess the problem and do the work as well. The installation of the PRV was a valuable suggestion to normalize the water pressure. Would recommend Reactive Plumbing for and plumbing or drainage needs. Michael
We're so impressed with the service and staff of Reactive plumbing, (5 ⭐+) from the first phone call, as we had an emergency water leak coming from upstairs, that we couldn't work out how or where it was coming from, to their attitude and response to come out asap. Matt came did a detection leak found the issue, went through our options, explained everything with the most amazing attitude and he was a delight to have in our home doing the work. He is a superstar!! Can we adopt him 😂😂😂. Matt kept us informed the entire way and we couldn't be happier with his and the teams service, needless to say we became a member to receive membership benefits and look forward to Reactive Plumbing and Matt and team looking after our plumbing needs into the future. 121011523 The Guys at Reactive Plumbing did a great job moving my hot water system outside from the garage so my floor could be epoxied. They removed one of the old water tanks and installing new down pipes to the existing water tank and fixed another cracked down pipe. Their work is very neat, all the men were very professional and tidy in their work. Would happily recommend these guys for any plumbing jobs. Communication was on point.
Was difficult to get a plumber to come and quote. Got a Reactive flyer in my mail box, they came and supplied a quote on the spot. Aaron was lovely, arrived on time and communicated well. Fitted my 3 new toilets and replaced my kitchen sink. Very happy with it and would recommend them. Also wish to thank the office staff, very polite and helpful.
