Our experience choosing a sectional at Bilt-rite was wonderful. We had already shopped the other big name stores in our area and didn’t find the fit or quality we were looking for. The folks At Bilt-rite are very informative, genuinely friendly, and NOT high pressure sales people. The whole process of choosing and purchasing our furniture felt very organic and old fashioned (in a good way!). The orders were hand-written by our saleswoman and double checked by the woman who finalized our order. Then we had a short but detailed meeting with the head of delivery operations to make sure of how the furniture would fit making its way into our home. We are very pleased with the whole experience.
This is our second purchase from Biltrite and once again a great experience. This time when we arrived we requested Troy because of the first positive experience. The store is huge with beautiful furnishings and Troy is a great no pressure salesman. A wonderful experience from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Highly recommend!
I had been researching lift chairs for my aging mom and hated the thought of dealing with a high pressure sales person for an item that could make me get emotional. I had never been to BILTRITE so we stopped to look around. We worked with Troy and had such a good, honest experience. He got to know us a bit. He listened to our needs, asked questions and helped us pick a lift assist chair that was perfect for my mom. Because she wasn’t present, David came by to ensure we had everything she would need for the lift assist function to match her mobility issues. Troy was so genuinely caring and compassionate, I can’t explain how thankful we are that we met him. He made a difficult/emotional purchase so much easier. I will recommend this furniture store to anyone looking to make a purchase. There was no pressure, no upselling, and it included a great warranty at no extra cost. The quality and the prices were awesome, and Troy truly wanted to make sure we chose what was right for my mom. That meant the world to us! Thank you Troy and I can promise we will be back because of you. You were real, you cared about us, and didn’t see us as another dollar sign walking in. Everyone we encountered was so kind, but Troy was amazing!
We were greeted right when we walked in the door. Friendly staff! We placed our order with Sara. Very sweet, knowledgeable. She explained everything to me from the furniture to the invoice. Jeannie checked me out. Very nice & friendly lady. She answered all my questions & was genuinely thankful for my order. Everything went so smooth from the time I walked in to the time I left. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!
After a somewhat bizarre experience at a no-human-contact mattress store, I tried Bilt-Rite for the first time in the 30 years I have lived in the area. My expectations were exceeded in every way. The store was clean, modern, very well stocked with lovely furnishings. Very easy access right off the freeway. Excellent signage and convenient parking. Welcomed upon entry and directed to the department by a lovely hostess. Immediately greeted by a friendly, very knowledgeable salesperson who showed genuine interest in my needs and was very responsive to all questions. He demonstrated no pressure and provided complete transparency as to materials, quality, availibility, pricing, and delivery. There were no surprises at the end, except a $50 gift certificate to use anytime over the next year and a small home gift. I am looking forward to delivery of my mattress in the next 48 hours and am so happy I chose Bilt-Rite
