Chase did such a wonderful job! First of the year and our water heater started leaking. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. He was able to fix our water heater and not cost us a bunch of money for a new one.
Tech came out to inspect what needed to be done. Once he had seen the small tank on top of water heater he said they do not install them that way anymore. Once he returned to install it didn’t take him long to replace the old with the new. And he mounted the small tank to the wall which looks more professional. Overall we were very pleased with hot water heater and the insulation. The Tex was very polite and knowledgeable. We would recommend this company in the future . Thanks
The technician was super nice and they had a fast response, but pricing was crazy high. They charged $1400 for a part that is only $460 at Home Depot. Five stars for the prompt response time and no stars for the pricing. I asked if they had any room for adjustment on the price, but they knew I was backed into a corner and needed the repair so they wouldn't budge. About 2 hours total including running to pick up the part and installing it. They essentially charged $470/hr for the labor.
I contacted B&L plumbing from a referral from another Plumber that was hurt and retiring on Nov. 8 2025 when a leak became more than a leak and I had shut down my water supply. Contacted office and was told what the initial service call would be I remember about $130.00 (don't have receipt because the will not provide one) they sent out aTech named Rick nice professional examined problem and proceeded to fix all in all maybe 2-3 hrs I was initially happy and we had running water again, paid tech about $460.00 in cash said receipt would be e mailed ( Was not) 24 hrs later pipe broke again where it was repaired. Called Company sent out another tech on Mon. Following Sat. repair fixed again same same place same pipes no replacements was told by tech would not need replacement yet. Fixed once again on Mon and 24 hrs later pipes failed again no water. The good thing did not charge me again. So once again contacted office again and Talked to a rep saying I needed to get a well company out there to fix water pressure before they would come out again. I asked how and where these supposedly water readings were taken and from where? And I wanted my receipt, which was told no problem. So now this Nov 19 2025 no water and no service contacted person in well water industry and took water reading briefly turned off water and had my nephew buy new pipe ingredients and fix the original problem by replacing pipes on Nov. 20 and still holding steady on Nov 26 2025. I contacted company office Mngr. On Nov. 21 2025 about receipt and said email was not correct, I corrected and still not received. I wished I had read reviews about this company on Yelp because they have a History of not making or ignoring customers concerns. As they advertise as Family Owned and Veteran Owned. As a Veteran I would not recommend this Company and to read Yelp reviews Regards: CBT USA RETIRED
Kevin did a great job for us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced 3 toilets, some water valves, and a vanity for us. We couldn't be happier with the work.
