Jared was great, especially on a cold weekend day outside of normal hours. He arrived quickly (within 30 min), was very polite and shared key information with me so that I understood, what I should pay attention to on my system and what I could do to help prevent future issues. Considering the fact it was a weekend outside of hours the price was very fair. Have had great service from Home Heating Services, I highly recommend for both service and maintenance.
I've been using Home Heating Services for the past few years for annual boiler/hot water heater maintenance. My relationship with the company started after I had them come out to correct shoddy work done by Air Pros One Source (who I had to take to small claims court and won a suit against). The've been great. Every tech who's come to my house is knowledgable, friendly and professional. They're responsive and fair. I just recently did some plumbing repairs and upgrades as preventative maintenance and they did great work. I've been sending friends their way when folks ask for recommendations locally. Trust is everything, and so far they've done nothing to lose mine.
Carlos came in and replaced the gas control valve to my gas fireplace and I couldn't be happier. It was quick, Carlos was professional, and he had great customer service. I talked with Chelsea to set everything up and she was great as well. It was also a pretty competitive price. I would highly recommend Home Heating Service.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after experiencing the outstanding professionalism and quality of service this company provided, the least I can do to share my appreciation. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, they answer calls promptly, and they schedule service in a timely and efficient manner. I also want to give special recognition to one of their technicians whom I consistently request for my plumbing needs: Matt Runyon. Matt is an exceptional employee who consistently demonstrates excellent customer service, clear communication, and a genuine dedication to his craft. It’s rare to find a technician I can fully trust. Matt is someone who looks out for my best interests and focuses on what I truly need. Matt takes the time to troubleshoot thoroughly and analyze issues carefully, never jumping to conclusions or pushing unnecessary replacements or products. He is knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous in his work. Because of experiences like this, Home Heating Service has earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend.
