This has been my go-to shop in the ACT for 5 years now. All the service is just so reliable and they somehow even have flexibility to boot. Multiple punctures and repairs, alignments etc. everything sorted and not a single problem. In addition my wheels require the tyre to be reverse mounted... I heard horror stories about bent and dinged rims from going other local shops (not a Bob Jane) that don't know/care about the procedure but no such issues here. Peace of mind + reasonable prices = a sure winner.
I had a great experience with Bob Jane Belconnen. Luke was very professional and took the time to explain all the options and I was surprised to be able to leave my car with them for a new set of tyres and alignment in around an hour. They also checked and pumped my spare as part of the service. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience at the Belconnen store! I called up as I had a flat tire, my tire wasn't in stock and the team quickly ordered it in for me, where I was in the shop getting it fixed in under 24hrs. I was treated with respect and was never made to feel silly, which as a female it can be daunting dealing with cars. I was super impressed with how fast the team rotated my tires, replaced the spare and completed a wheel alignment. It was fairly priced and completed by the time we had finished breakfast. The shop was clean, efficient and all round good vibes! I would 100% recommend Bob Jayne T-Marts Belconnen - thanks so much team for making it an easy and comfortable experience!
These guys are professional, courteous, honest and helpful. Twice now they have got me out of trouble during busy holiday periods. They also gave me a great price on 6x Yokohama all terrain tyres. I’ll be buying my next set of tyres here. So dependable!
Purchase tires and had wheel alignment done. Fast service. Friendly staff. Professional. Their wait room is comfortable. Overall service took an hour! Highly recommended.
