Unresponsive and dishonest pricing. I had an estimate done 4 months ago for some repairs and loved our rep. He was extremely thorough and priced out 3 separate "jobs" in case we weren't prepared to do everything at once. Fast forward to when we were ready to sign the contract, I got an auto reply that he was out of office. I waited several days and then contacted the office manager listed in his auto reply. Turns out he was no longer with the company. If that was the case, then they need to disable his company email or update the automatic reply. The office manager forwarded my request to a new rep to send an updated estimate. I received a new estimate from Garrett and the cost to replace the chase lid on our chimney increased by 30% in the course of 4 months. I've gotten comps from 3 other companies and confirmed there was no justifiable reason for this. Material costs have not increased anywhere close to 30% in that time frame and CPI/labor cost adjustments for the new year don't apply considering the other two project costs remained unchanged. Still, we wanted to use Bone Dry because we felt they could do what we needed faster than competitors and liked how thorough their inspection process was. I replied to Garrett's email trying to move forward with the project. No response. The next day I received a marketing email from someone else at Bone Dry asking about my estimate from earlier in the year and if I was ready to move forward after I'd literally contacted multiple people for over a week trying to do that. I forwarded her the email I sent to Garrett and let her know I never heard back. She told me she reached out to him directly to answer my questions. Fast forward ANOTHER two days - still no reply from Garrett or follow up from her or the office manager. We have since signed a contract with another company for all of the projects because if communication is this poor just to get a project scheduled I can't imagine what it's like once they've been paid...
I had a great experience with Bone Dry. They performed a roof replacement and attic ventilation upgrade for us, and throughout the entire project, from the initial roof inspection to project closeout and beyond, they were thorough, responsive, courteous, and professional. The short of it is: they will be our first call for any roof, attic, or exterior work on our home in the future. This project ended up being quite a long process, but entirely due to our insurance company dragging their feet. Bone Dry provided incomparable support through the insurance process. Their courteousness and professionalism extended to their interactions with our insurance company. They worked with the insurance company to help ensure the damage to the roof was fully documented - including freely sharing their library of photographs with the insurance company's adjustor to supplement the insurance inspections. When the project did finally proceed into installation, communication was impeccable. Bone Dry kept me up to date on the progress of the installation every step of the way. Not only was this convenient, but it also clearly demonstrated to me that my project was their priority and they were laser-focused on completing a high-quality installation. I want to give a special thanks to Myro for his hard work through the life of the project, but everyone I interacted with at Bone Dry deserves praise: Myro, Josh, Lou, and Garret-- you all set the bar for what a roof replacement should be.
I can’t recommend this company enough! They repaired my roof a while back and just recently completed a total roof replacement for me. My insurance company made things really difficult, but the team never gave up, never complained, and never once made me feel bad. They were thorough, professional, and kept me updated and involved through every step of the process. The installation itself was flawless, fast, and the finished roof looks incredible! Every single person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and truly cared about doing a great job. I’m so grateful I chose them — absolutely 5 stars all the way!
This company is the absolute best! First of all Garrett came out to help with an estimate and took his time and even did a video to explain my roof leak problems. Garrett was patient with me and he understood my situation and he was very knowledgeable about my roofing needs. Secondly, Myro came out to reevaluate the findings and did a video explanation as well. Myro went through the whole process of an install from start to finish. He was absolutely professional and knew his stuff. Then Lou came out to go over the preparation of the install and to verify my surroundings and safety conditions for my things and their employees. Finally, Josh was the man in charge of the crew. Josh was very polite, respectful and professional. He would send me photo updates at each phase of the job completion. Josh did a walk through with me and talked about what was done. The whole process was effortless. The whole crew from start to finish was absolutely the best.
Bone Dry Roofing came out and replaced my roof due to weather damage. The crew arrived promptly at 6am which was the agreed upon time. My old roof was removed and a new one put on that same day. The crew did an outstanding and thorough job, my new roof looks absolutely amazing and when they left you could not even tell they had been there. Highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.
