When those guys sales people knock in your door trying to earn your business please shut off your door in their face. Here’s what happened On march 2025 they came to my house saying that my roof needs to be replaced and they will work with my insurance company to get it approved and get it all done without me worrying about anything. We started the process and everything was struggling since the beginning always hard to reach any one from that team . First insurance denied it because they weren’t using proper tool to do repairs test and they damaged those shingles and off course my HOA fines me twice about it, I tried over and over with them to do something about but they didn’t, I fought by myself with insurance company to send another adjuster out and finally I got it approved to full replacement on end of September . I was told they will build up my roof very quickly because of all of that wait time but instead of doing so it took them a month to send someone out to pick up which shingles we want and after that I was told my material will be delivered to my house on November 12 but it hadn’t arrived. I called they said it was a delay because it is special order so my build up date will be on November 19 instead . decided to wait but guess what they didn’t show up , so I called for them to lie again saying that they waiting for permit and they will get it done on December first. Guess what it is December 4 and I am still waiting. Mathew, angel, Eric,Ramsey they are all liars don’t believe them and never give these people your project I want to mention that it is the first time for me to give a bad review to anyone
2 1/2 years ago, southern roofing and reservations did my roof after the recent rains and the sprain it appeared there was a leak. After trying for three weeks to get someone to come take a look at it they finally did only to inform me that my warranty was only for two years subsequently I tried to get a quote from them after calling back no less than 10 times speaking with management no one to this day has returned my calls and giving me a quote to fix a problem that seems to be a defect in the way that they installed the roof is my opinion that they don’t want to do repair because it will become a parenting the error that they made installing the roof as a result of poor business policies and poor follow up I highly recommend not ever using southern roofing and renovations.
Had southern roofing replace roof. Actually roof looks fine. There were multiple roofing nails in driveway and when I brought it to the supervisors attention he simply said we removed thousands of nails, you can’t expect us to get them all. My neighbor actually had one of the moisture barrier nails in his yard that went through his shoe-luckily did not puncture foot. Worst part-i am owed money back from final payment and it has been over 4 months and still have not received the money back from them for interior repairs and can get no one to answer calls or you emails. Plenty of roofing companies out there-i would use one of them instead.

I had Southern Roofing replace my residential roof. They also removed my old turtle vents and power vents and upgraded everything to ridge vents. Brendan O'Neil was the project manager for my project. I have had many contractors work on my house through the years and Brendon was far and above the best Project Manager I have had the pleasure to work with. He made sure the team showed up on site on time and was onsite for most of the work. He kept me informed of progress...communication was excellent. When I brought up some issues, he quickly resolved them to my satisfaction. The company is easy to work with - they handled all the details with my insurance company....really smooth process. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any roofing projects you may have.
