In my opinion, Boss Gal is the premier skincare bar in Columbus. Ali at the Clintonville location is amazing. She listens to your skin concerns and adjusts the treatment to be completely suited to your skins needs. She is a wealth of skincare knowledge and always stays up to date with the latest products and treatments. If you are looking to start your skin journey or maintain it, go see Ali! :)
It’s always a pleasure to see Savannah—she’s so welcoming and easy to talk to. I get my brows waxed and tinted with her, and they always look amazing. I recently started getting anti-aging facials with dermaplaning, and I leave feeling completely relaxed and looking refreshed and radiant every time. I recommend the membership too.
I had my first ever facial with Heather as the person who did it- she was very communicative throughout the whole thing and made sure that I felt safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. If I had any questions she made sure to answer them and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it so I understood what was going on. She asked if I had any sensories that I wasn't fond of or smells or allergies and made sure to avoid the things I mentioned. I very highly recommend coming here- especially as someone with autism as they were very accommodating to my needs and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Not only was Heather amazing, but it was a very welcoming environment the moment I walked in. The smiles and laughter from the people working made me feel very welcome and safe when I was very nervous to be there for the first time.
Claire is such a gem at Boss Gal in Clintonville. She has the calmest, most gentle presence and is genuinely thoughtful about skincare. Every suggestion she’s made has made a real difference for my skin, and I always feel listened to and cared for. I’ve booked with her many times and highly recommend her to anyone looking for great results and a really positive experience.
Boss Gal has been a major upgrade from my previous med spa, and much of the credit goes to Rose. Rose greets me upon my arrival (no waiting!) and she truly shows an interest in me as a person and takes the time to understand my skincare goals. She’s warm, honest, never pushy, and always looks for ways to help me save money. I leave every appointment feeling appreciated and cared for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
