This was my first time getting waxed at this location, and Rahja was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience so comfortable. We had a great conversation, and she was patient with me throughout the process, always making sure I felt at ease. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for my upkeep. With two locations around Columbus, it’s super convenient no matter where you’re coming from.
I had been seeing another independent waxer for while. My financial situation changed and I could no longer retain her service. She was the best. I hated having to leave her as a client. I've been shopping for a less expensive waxer and I believe my journey has ended with Hello Sugar. Your studios are only five minutes from where I live. Aleah made sure my comfort was the upmost priority. She told me about offers HS has out there, to help me to save me money. She treated me with dignity and respect. Her work was incredible as opposed with other waxers, there were absolutely no strays hairs on my body. One such competitor treated me as if I was a weirdo for having hair removed at my age. She eyed my private parts with a snotty and condescending look, as she worked. I will use Hello Sugar from now on. In the Summer I go for a Brazilian and chest/lower abdomen wax about every 90 days. In the winter, I get waxed less often. Thank all of you for making my waxing experience enjoyable.
