Boston Studio Rental is the perfect location not too far from Boston if you want to rent a hall. There is ample parking and it’s very spacious. They have a few packages to choose from and also have additional costs for things like if you want a champagne toast, linen, or even rent those big throne chairs. I wanted more of a party vibe not a sit down dinner theme. I had a few cocktail tables and high stools but the middle was open for dancing. I had my 40th here a few weeks ago. Brenda was always available through text and email and answered every question I had. She was lovely to meet and got back to me in a timely manner. I wanted to create a signature drink menu and I emailed Brenda a few recipes to see if she had them and she got back to me within a day or two and that made it easier for me to create my signature drinks. A few days before the event Giovanni contacted me and we spoke about last minute details. The day of the event the event planner was able to set up everything with no issues. Giovanni made sure everything ran smoothly and even checking in during the event to make sure everything was needed. I used Nias events (niasevents._ ) on instagram as my event planner. She made my visions come to life and please reach out to her if you want some cute decor. I had a Pretty Provision event caterer (_prettyprovisions) on instagram for light apps and finger foods like buffalo chicken sliders, Mac and cheese cups, steak and cheese eggs rolls etc. they have a list of items you can choose from even if you want buffet style. The food was delicious and she received a lot of compliments
Giovanni and his team was nothing short of amazing! Boston Studio Rentals venue space brought the entire vibe of my vision to life! We had an absolute blast. I want to thank the staff for making this process so easy from beginning to end. They were also so great on checking in continuously & making sure we had everything we needed. I came here once before for some professional photos as well and my experience was once again smooth sailing and comfortable. Looking forward to going back !
Giovanni and his team did a wonderful job hosting our baby shower for my family. There was no hiccups and they were very accommodating to all of our request. I Highly recommend them for your next event.
A Truly Exceptional Event Space – Perfect in Every Way! My husband and I recently hosted our baby shower at this event space, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the very first tour, we were impressed. The team was transparent about pricing, broke everything down clearly, and offered amazing upgrade options that allowed us to customize the day just the way we wanted. We chose the platinum package with the gold chairs — and wow, did it make our celebration pop! The space looked absolutely stunning, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the decor. What truly sets this venue apart, though, is the service. Giovanni was an absolute gem to work with. There were no hidden costs, and he was extremely accommodating whenever we needed extra tables or chairs. During the event, he was everywhere — adjusting layouts, helping with parking, and making sure everything ran smoothly — all without us even noticing until later. To know he was managing multiple events at once and still made ours feel so special is a testament to his professionalism and care. I’m beyond grateful for the experience we had and will absolutely be recommending this venue to friends and family. I can’t wait to host more events here in the future. From the moment we booked, the communication was seamless and professional. The venue was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped—exactly what we envisioned and more. The hospitality and flexibility were unmatched. Giovanni made us feel like family from the very beginning, and his attentiveness ensured everything ran smoothly. We loved that we were able to bring in our own food, and the drinks provided were top-tier. The club-quality sound system took the night to another level—our guests danced all night long! Every detail of the package was thoughtfully executed, and we appreciated being able to customize elements to fit our vision. We are 1000% satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, professional, and welcoming event space. Without a doubt, we’ll be hosting future events here!
