I was recently here with my kids 12/30/2025 to be exact and had what was one of the worst experiences of my life in which will forever affect my children for what they had to witness. A group of kids and my kids got into an altercation in the dodgeball pit and with in about 20 seconds the other group of kids mother was viciously beating on me. And it did not stop for at least 90 seconds. NOONE HELPED ME, no one stopped it, they did call 911 but did not give correct statements or get the footage to show the police how violent this attack was. I will never bring my kids there and will highly encourage other parents to steer clear of this place. I have been playing phone tag with the 21 year old managers and am being told there is no footage in which I am having a very hard time believing especially after the run around they are giving me. So not only did they allow this woman beat me in front of my kids as well as our community of kids they are not protecting us having no footage or working cameras. I am truly at such a losss for words over this and again feeel very strongly to warn people that they are NOT safe at this location. This woman was NOT ARRESTED for launch neglected to protect me and my kids and continues to telling me there is no footage of this. I find it very hard to believe a company like this does t have working cameras
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing time at Launch Trampoline Park! The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, and there were so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The trampolines, foam pits, and dodgeball courts were a huge hit, and everything felt safe and well-run. Perfect spot for kids, families, or even adults looking to have some fun. We’ll definitely be back!
If you’re doing a party here, ask If you can set the room up yourself. They don’t care how they set up the room. You spend money on decorations just for someone to not even put ANY effort into decorating. I wish I knew I had the option to set my own room up!! The girl assigned to my daughter’s party was nice though. The place itself is descent. It’s best when it’s not too crowded. It’s not as big as i thought it would be.
Filthy and expensive! Literally Most games are not working! When you swipe the card it charges you more than what it should. Filthy restrooms with broken locks. Trampoline area is super filthy with dirty rugs. Terrible smell and condition.
I booked a last minute bday party for my son and I’m so glad I did. I called in and the staff member by the name of Donagan was super helpful and got me booked with a party room. When I went in the place was packed with different parties looking to settle in, the young staff was impressively professional, calm and collective and methodically helped each family. My host’s name was Bella. Bella was busy, it was like the place was a little short staffed. We had to wait a bit because there was so much going on but she came to my group and apologized for the delay and introduced herself. She led us through our different activities while having so many other things happening. She was cool calm and collected the whole time. A true professional and so young too. I highly recommend this entertainment park and suggest being patient on busy days. They are truly doing their best to ensure everyone has a good time. 5 stars for Bella!
