We arrived around 13:15 until we went in to play to 13:17 and Julie told us we could go in, saying our session had just started! but at 14:00 everyone had to leave. This meant we paid for a full hour but actually played much less around 30 minutes because of her want as much as possible people in and did not mention that if just started 13:17 we should finish our 1 hour at 14:17. It didn’t feel fair and felt like she was set up to encourage paying extra for another 30 minutes when i spoke to her. This should be explained clearly before starting — either let people wait for the next full session, adjust the price, or allow the extra 15 minutes since it was not our fault.
It was honestly really disappointing. The place was dirty, and it felt way too controlled with so many strict rules that it took all the fun out of the experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which just made everything worse. It definitely needs a serious change in the way it’s run — cleaner environment, friendlier staff, and a more relaxed approach would make a huge difference.
I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Liam at Bounce. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely professional. You can tell he really cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. Liam went out of his way to help us, answered every question with patience, and made the whole visit feel smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who’s both this approachable and this on-top-of-things. Bounce is lucky to have him — and we’ll definitely be back thanks to the awesome service he provided. Highly recommend asking for Liam if you want top-tier customer service!
21.06.2025 So very easy for parties. Host was really enthusiastic and friendly towards parents and children. Knew her job and ran the party with excellent efficiency. Daughter said chicken nuggets were tasty. Would highly recommend our host and the party. Money well spent. Also got 10% off with a Bounce membership.
Fantastic Birthday Party Venue! For Young Kids. We recently celebrated my niece's 8th birthday at Bounse Inc in Tingalpa, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The venue is perfect for kids, with plenty of fun activities to keep them entertained for hours. The trampoline zones, interactive games, and spacious play areas gave the kids all the excitement they could ask for. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, helping with everything from setting up the party room to organizing the activities. They went above and beyond to ensure that the event ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the party without any stress. The party packages are well worth it, offering great value for the money. The kids loved the food, especially the pizza and snacks, and the party room was decorated perfectly for the occasion. It’s a great place for active kids, and the energy levels were high throughout the day! Overall, Bounse Inc provided the perfect setting for my niece's special day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration. Highly recommended for anyone planning a kids' party!"
