Loved that it was so kid friendly and didn’t have to worry about my child being run over by older kids. The amenities such as the bathrooms/parent rooms were also great. Coffee and food was delicious too!
We had an amazing experience at Mini Bounce for our childcare centre’s children’s Christmas party. All the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite, which made the day run smoothly and stress-free. Parents have shared wonderful feedback, saying how much they enjoyed the event for the children. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back again next year!
Our party host, Lillian, was fantastic. She was so friendly and made a real fuss over our daughter who was the birthday girl. She explained the whole party process and timing, and checked in with us regularly throughout the party. Plus as parents we didn’t have to lift a finger or clean up - it was amazing!
I had a very bad experience on 5/10 my daughter's birthday. I bought a ticket and booked a private room. They told me to come up and pay for the room. I arrived and they said no need to pay in advance.., just need to enter on the day and pay together when buying food. I called the manager to ask the reason and they said I didn't pay which means I didn't book.. I told them to check on Monday I came.. especially they didn't resolve it.. but the staff at the food counter.. spoke very loudly to their own customers.. spoke loudly like cursing the customers.. and the customers are the ones who help them survive and exist.. I think it's no different from a lie.. business is like a lie and the staff at the food counter spoke loudly. If I were a business I would fire them for looking down on customers. if it wasn't my daughter's birthday that day.. i had to calm down.. i would have called the building security guard. From what I experienced, the operating system is like deceiving customers and the employees are loud and contemptuous of customers.. I think people should not support such businesses and employees.. Very very very good for kids especially for little active ones, my kids had a blast throwing coloured balls around, coming down the slides, playing with the squishy cubes and making new friends in the process. If your looking to tire the kids out with fun, this is the place for you (and your kids). Staff where lovely with someone always available when needed. Parking bays for your prams and a place to leave your shoes and other loose items. I didn’t get a chance to try out the in-house cafe, maybe next time! 😉
