I walked in on Christmas eve with just a simple battery replacement for a watch. Even though I was a low cost ticket item I was still treated with respect and attended to immediately, the staff was courteous and friendly, I would definitely recommend
I brought in a newly acquired expensive watch that I thought needed repair. The young gentleman looked at the watch, explained what might be happening, showed me how to tighten the crown to ensure it's water-tight, and then reached out to shake my hand. I highly recommend Brennan Jewelry! I'll be back with any repairs.
I'm not no expert on jewelry etc. I went here it was close to were I live. Walked through the door was greeted. I asked my questions he answered them fully and honestly. He also gave a fairly good price to fix it and told me was worth fixing only for the reason the watch was worth something. I will be going back to have them fix my watch ⌚ I thank them for the excellence service I had received from them. This will be my repair shop or if I need info on something. Please visit.
I would just like to say, I have found a place that bring back some great memories. When i was growing up we use to go the the Sears store in Lincoln Park, Brennen Jewlers use to be in the store by the escalators. My Dad use to take of of his watches to get taken care of. I am really happy to have found this jewelry store in Allen Park Mi. I am really please to have done business with Craig, who use to be one of the jewelers there at Sears. He is still taking pride in his work and his customer service. His prices are reasonable and his work his great. If you need any watch or clock repair, I would highly recommend you give them a call. He also has Lynda and Adam working there also, I have not had the opportunity to work with them yet, but i know i wont be disappointed. I will be a return customer for a longtime.
I didn't think customer service like this existed anymore. It's like going back to the '60s. If you have any jewelry needs or need a watch repair/new battery, this is the place you want to be. Excellent service and excellent prices. Even when my watch needs a new battery, he'll vacuum the inside if need be. I have a Swarovski crystal box I'm taking to him because part of the gold frame came off. He's the only one I would entrust to do this.
