We recently acquired our puppy following a two-day stay at Brisbane Pet Motel. We are extremely satisfied and will certainly return next time. We express our sincere gratitude to the entire staff. Very easy check in and check out.
My fur babies have been here two times now for over night stays , and the team made me feel so reassured and provided me updates on how they were both doing , as it was their first time in care . When picking them up , they were so happy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and amazing care for my fur babies , thank you so so much ! 💕🐶😊✨🎅🏼
Our two dogs Susi and Billy stayed at Brisbane Pet Motel for three and a half weeks while we were in Finland visiting our new little grandson. They have been staying there many times before and we have always been happy with the care they receive. We picked them up on Friday and they came home looking very healthy and in good spirits! Great cost-benefit, amazing staff and my dog, Stella, even that it was her first time, she seemed pretty happy! Will definitely go take Stella back there! Only thing is that it would be nice either to have access to a camera to see how the pet is doing (especially if they are staying long) or a photo update. We can't visit inside the facilities, so it was a down point, but they are in business for a long time!
Our son Diablo stayed here for over 2 weeks while we were overseas and we are immensely grateful to Nina and the rest of the staff for providing him with so much care. Whenever we emailed, they would be quick to respond and also thorough with giving us updates on him. Diablo has also been his usual happy and sweet self since the day we took him home (he's even learned some new meows!), which (we feel) is proof that he has been lovingly looked after by the staff. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely take Diablo here again if needed in the future.
