What another wonderful experience. I walked into this shop expecting to pay for a service that Britten says it’s complementary for his customers. Just needed my ring inspected and cleaned. He did more than expected. Received my ring back looking like new. I just took it to another local box store and they cleaning didn’t compare to BVW. The box store wanted to ship my ring out for a week, hell no. He did it all within minutes. While I was there, I bought a couple new unique pieces of jewelry to add to my collection, what beautiful work. My experience was awesome! They did my repair beautifully and efficiently. The staff is so nice too!!. I didn’t have a big job done but something tells me there is real talent here. (And I’m pretty nifty at spotting quality) I will definitely be bringing more business their way in the future for some special projects I have planned! I would recommend these jewelers to everyone! They have always been professional in every way. I had them make a custom ring and mount 2 stones for a necklace for Christmas presents. They completed the work ahead of schedule and for less money than they quoted me! The completed jewelry was perfect and my wife loved it. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
From the moment we first walked into BVW, we were met with such kindness and openness. They really took the time to listen to our style preferences and needs. Angie was incredible—she patiently helped me try on different ring styles to figure out the perfect shape for my finger, and she was honest and realistic about size, weight, shape, and setting. Her knowledge and kindness made the whole process so comfortable. They even created 3D molded castings and reprinted them four times until we felt 100% confident in my choice. After getting engaged, we ran into a couple of issues—my ring needed resizing and we had a stone concern. Angie handled everything quickly and professionally. I dropped it off, and before I knew it, it was back on my finger looking more beautiful than ever. I get so many compliments on my ring, and it’s truly everything I wanted. I’m beyond grateful we went to BVW for such an important purchase—they went above and beyond every step of the way.
