If you're looking to have a traditional watch battery replaced this isn't the place. I brought in a Movado and Fossil watch and was told they could only replace the Fossil battery. They also said they would not guarantee the water resistance and I would have to leave it for 2 days. Went to Michael and Sons, they replaced the batteries on both watches in 10 minutes.
Come down and ask for Bill! His customer service was outstanding. Friendly and made me feel comfortable. His product knowledge along with his professionalism is why I will be a lifelong customer! Ask for Bill and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Bill!
I had come in to get my wife’s jewelry cleaned and ended up trading in her old ring for a new one! Lucy helped us out through the process and was so helpful and kind! She made the process easy and seamless and I got the new ring within the week! It was a great experience. And when we came to pick it up Katie helped us across the finish line! I have purchased jewelry from this store several times and I will continue to come back!
