Best Company out there. C & J Air does Great work. Their people are Top Notch. YOU will get quick responsive service if you go with them. I have been using them for more than 30 years. They sell a good product and know how to maintain it. I use their twice a year service to keep it working properly.
It's too bad that Google only allows 5 stars for a 10 star company. We have been with them for over 45 years & have been totally delighted to have them install our new systems & maintained them for all these years. Starting with Lindsey who always answers the phone with a wonderful smile - she is the icon for the "Happy Face". This is my first Google review for anything & the reason for this is the service visit I got this month. Carlos was wrapping his work & saw that an aluminum tube had separated from the roof vent pipe, most likely when I had to have my roof replaced earlier this month. The outcome could have been very serious, since carbon monoxide could have spread inside the house when we would have started using the heat mode. So Carlos is truly a life saver! God Bless you all .. C&J you all are the BESTEST.
I found C&J from the Carrier authorized dealer list. I had my entire system changed by a company who claimed to be Carrier authorized but wasn't. I had issues from the start and the original company bailed on me. Nate & Carlos from CJ were able to figure out the problem and fixed my unit right before the summer started. They truly know Carrier systems. Today was my first pre winter checkup and Carlos made sure the system was good to go for cold weather. CJ has been super professional, punctual and knows their trade. Definitely my HVAC company now. Thanks guys!
Carlos did an A plus job of diagnosing and repairing my air conditioning problem. He was pleasant, competent and knowledgeable. Also, he walked me through details of proper at-home maintenance, and told me things to watch out for to prevent future problems. I told my husband to contact this company back in 2023 when we purchased our condo and he called and spoke with Lindsey and scheduled 2x p/yr spring and winter tune-ups. My husband was incredibly impressed with their services. He said I made an excellent choice with their company. We recently had a replacement AC unit and we are absolutely pleased and have indelible confidence in this company! It is super nice to meet such nice and honest business owners!
