We almost didn't stop because it looked like they only had really big thing. Boy were we wrong! This place is HUGE with tons of stuff. A lot of handmade, neat things! My pics dont do it justice. This is only one area. The people are so nice also. Best customer service in ABQ. None of the other stores seemed to care if we were there or not. They did!
Walked in looking for tile a project for a counter top. We let the worker know what we were looking for. They were constantly behind us rushing us, “ did you find something?” They would say. I felt pressured to buy tile right away. He was rude when we chose a tile. We wanted to measure the pieces but he quickly in seconds took 32 tiles upon himself and ran into the store with them. He continued to tell us to keep looking around several times before I just said I don’t have the time. We go home and of course the tile didn’t fit every one of them were odd sizes and wavy on the ends they would not sit straight. The very next day we wanted to exchange for the right fit and use a measuring tape. They said, no all sales final no exception. After explaining the tiles did not fit and some were off in size. They couldn’t care less they just want to pressure us into buying things just so they make money. The tiles are of no use to us so we keep spending money while they keep making money. We looked at their sinks they look pretty from the front but be careful most of them had cracks on the opposite side, imagine taking a cracked sink home doing all your plumbing and losing your money again. Buyer Beware, they are rude, uncaring, pushy, and their return policies are meant to fit them not us. P.S. don’t let the Jesus signs full you, they don’t even adhere to the Golden Rule Matthew 7:12. Jesus says” All things therefore that you want men to do to YOU, YOU also must do to them’.
This is a great place for all things Talavera Pottery. Omar, his family, and the rest of the team are phenomenally helpful and caring. They speak Spanish and English and are anxious to serve others. They have tremendous faith in God and are not afraid to show it. The selection of metal work, pottery, lawn art, and other gift items is extensive and the prices are good. If you're on the fence, jump into this spot. You won't regret it.
This is a great place to take out of town visitors to grab souvenirs , the guys who staff this place are so friendly and helpful, and they've expanded so there's even more to look at!
Love love love this place! A must stop if visiting the area! I was in town for work and wanted to get a few souvenirs. This place is awesome, they have so much stuff, each aisle seems like it goes on and on with more items! Lots a locally made items, home decor, outdoor and yard decor, jewelry, blankets and accessories, pottery, dishes, keychains, magnets, etc. Also, super friendly staff, was greeted as soon as I walked in and they will help you throughout your shopping trip. I will definitely stop back in if I’m in the area again!
