Thinking about booking? If you appreciate places that go the extra mile, you absolutely have to experience the dedication here. The attention to detail is truly something to behold. They don't just provide space; they cultivate an atmosphere. The fresh flowers, perpetually gracing the common areas, are a testament to this, adding life and beauty that a generic spot would never bother with. And seriously, carve out time for the garden. It's an exquisitely maintained oasis, providing a level of tranquility and visual pleasure that is truly rare to find.

The staff is rude and to top it off there was a dead rat in our room and when we notified them aboutpp the problem they had the audacity to try and say we planted it! Hello there is an open forest lined field behind the hotel and ivy lined along the front which rats are known to live in. Yeah can you imagine we just happen to drive around with dead rats just for this. That is so insane.....but the kicker is they didnt return the deposit and when called about it they said it was damage to the room but couldnt describe the damage they claim was done to the room. Then said the manager is out of the country for a month and the woman working the front who kept the deposit is off until tomarrow they think. This is fully unacceptable

I must have gotten one of the more run-down rooms for my stay. Front desk was quick, attentive, and polite. Never had an interaction with any other staff over the 2 days I was there. The room was relatively clean, but there were someone's hairs in the bath tub. The room was extremely hot when we got there, and when we turned the AC on and the smell coming out was atrocious. It dissipated, but would come back every time the machine came on. Likely a smoking room from the past. Too bad. No outlets near the nightstands to charge phones from. Lamp at the writing desk was unplugged and the only plug was behind the TV console, and both slots were used. OK. 2 bags of coffee for the coffee maker, sweet! -- both bags were Decaf. Bed wasn't comfortable. Peeling paint in areas, marks/small holes in the walls from furniture banging, a poorly drywalled crawlspace access in the room, etc. For the price I paid ($160 each night pre fees) it wasn't worth it, but it was also the only hotel in the area with vacancies. I don't think it's a 3 star hotel, but it was within walking distance, plenty of parking, and I didn't get bed bugs.

Decent room for the price in the place we wanted to be. Served it's purpose. Front desk was extremely helpful, especially considering that we didn't check in until after 1:00 a.m. Only negative, hard to find the ice machine. And, when I did, there was a strong stench of urine. Very off-putting.

Can’t beat the location and the price. Blocks away from the Pruneyard with access to many restaurants and stores for half of what the DT rooms go for. Rooms may be a little dated with decor but grounds are well maintained with tropical landscaping and well-lit parking lots with plenty of mid-week parking. Had a 25’ Sprinter Van and had no issues with parking. Front desk service was friendly and quick. Only with the TV was bigger and newer and they had outlets on or next to the nightstands.
