We recently partnered with Can Do More Painting Renovation and Design for a major overhaul of our main and upper floors. While the journey had its hurdles, specifically regarding the project management, the final results speak volumes. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services to anyone looking to transform their home. My spouse and I are thrilled with the finished product. Can Do More is a company that refuses to cut corners. They ensure every detail is handled correctly. While the photos illustrate the quality better than words can, I want to highlight the specific individuals who made this happen. If I’ve missed anyone, please blame my doorknob grade memory rather than a lack of appreciation. The Project Team John worked tirelessly with us during the initial scoping to dial in the final project cost. While our own requested scope changes shifted the budget over time, his initial bid was remarkably precise. When it comes to the walls, Phil and Adam are masters of the brush. They literally painted their way into our hearts with a flawless finish that tied the whole house together. Similarly, Justin and Mark tackled the popcorn ceiling removal and knockdown application with such skill that the new surfaces look like they’ve been there since day one. The specialized trades were equally impressive. Dustin and Kyle from Driven Electric showed impressive attention to detail, ensuring every pot light and fixture was perfectly oriented for the flow of our space. Morley and the Plumber MD crew handled everything from plumbing runs to final appliance installs, and their work has been leak free and totally reliable. The cabinetry work is truly the centrepiece of the renovation, and we owe that to Matt and Dylan from the cabinet team. They ensured our kitchen exceeded our original vision. Finally, Zach, Lukas, David, and Oliver from West Valley Flooring provided a seamless experience from the first measurement to the final plank. This is a top tier team. If you want a renovation crew that cares deeply about the fine print of quality and customer experience, this is the team to call.
We recently completed a large renovation project with CDM, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our Project Manager, Lauren, did an incredible job managing all the moving pieces and staying on top of every detail from start to finish. Our project included replacing all our countertops, updating all laminate and tile flooring, installing a new kitchen backsplash and bathroom tile, adding a new bathtub, sinks, faucets, fixtures, and even under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. On top of that, CDM also did some exterior work to refresh the front of our home. Lauren kept us informed every step of the way, letting us know what to expect each day and handling any surprises with urgency, care, and compassion. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better Project Manager. The tradespeople CDM brought in were skilled, professional, and clearly take pride in their work — the quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. Our home looks brand new, and we absolutely love how everything turned out. This was our second major renovation with CDM, and both experiences have been exceptional. Highly recommend!
Can highly recommend Can Do More for my renovation. John did an onsite visit to begin with to take notes, photos, measurements and learn the scope of work. We were then assigned Lauren as our site supervisor. Lauren's communication was excellent always keeping us informed with schedule updates and who would be in the house when. She met us several times throughout the process meeting on site with different trades. All of the trades they used were extremely tidy with their work spaces and they were all excellent within their craft. We were given a time line of events so we could follow along, and there was only one delay throughout the entire process. This is impressive in the world of reno's. They were certainly able to take my vision and make it a reality. Thanks to everyone at CDM! Love our new space!
We contacted Chad & Camille, at the recommendation of our real estate agent, about painting the interior of our home, with just a few days to go before real estate photos and listing, and they did not disappoint.
