Coach Tommy is the best! I’ve had a great experience training with him. Workouts are well planned, challenging without being overwhelming, and tailored to my goals. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and actually pays attention to form and progress. I definitely feel stronger and more confident since starting.
While I've worked with several trainers previously, I feel like my sessions with Owen are going to produce the outcome I desire. He is a fountain of knowledge and prepared a solid plan. When I'm in the gym doing my workout solo, the other trainers will assist by answering questions. The program is safe, unique to my bodies specific needs, and goal oriented. As a 60 year old female, I didn't anticipate so much support from a very serious traditional gym. The equipment is abundant and in good condition. The emails, recipe plans, spreadsheets, social media... resources are invaluable. Thanks Owen and Capital Strength!
I started training with Nicole at the end of October, and it’s been such a great experience. I have a busy work schedule, and personal training with her has helped me find a routine that actually fits my lifestyle. One of the biggest benefits is that she completely takes the guesswork out of working out. I don’t have to stress about what to do, how many reps, or which muscle groups to focus on. I just show up, and she has a thoughtful plan ready for me every time. I used to do group workout classes at other gyms, but I kept getting small injuries and didn’t feel like I was really progressing toward my goals. Since working with Nicole, I feel so much more confident with strength training. She pays close attention to my form so I don’t injure myself, and she’s both knowledgeable and genuinely encouraging. I look forward to my sessions with her because I can feel the difference they’re making. Overall, training with Nicole has been incredibly positive for me and my fitness goals.
Capital Strength & Conditioning is hands down the best gym I’ve ever joined. The space is spotless, organized, and has a welcoming, no-ego atmosphere that makes every workout something to look forward to. Jonathon, my trainer, is absolutely phenomenal — knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. I’ve never felt more supported or seen better results. This gym is amazing! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The atmosphere is very welcoming and motivating — everyone feels comfortable here, no matter what fitness level. It’s clean, upbeat, and every workout leaves you feeling incredible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to train and feel part of a community! And do yourself a huge favor and ask for Ben. He’s extremely knowledgeable, does a fantastic job explaining ways to correct my form and very patient. You will love him too!
