I was inspired to work out at this gym after I was referred to it by USHL prospect Owen Nasholds. I can say without a doubt that the coaches in this establishment are committed to their clients' success on a personal level. If you are looking for attentive mentors and an environment that will help you succeed, The Strength Feed is the gym for you.
Place is awesome! Really great set up, trainers are experienced and really know their stuff. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a little more from their workout experience, especially if you just want to be more intentional with your lifts and agility training. For young athletes in high school and college this is the #1 destination for anyone looking to get even more out of their game. 10/10 experience!! 💯

The Strength Feed has been amazing for my boys ages 10 & 12. They both play multiple sports and were looking to up their endurance, speed, and agility, while also keeping them active over the summer. In the last 4 months since joining, coaches have noticed and complimented the hard work and improvements they have shown in both practice and games! The entire team at Strength Feed has been awesome to work with and super responsive to any questions. My boys really look up to all the staff and appreciate their enthusiasm and encouragement!

I trained for both a marathon and a half Ironman while working out here and stayed healthy the entire time thanks to their tailored programming.
