Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was very transparent, friendly, and professional. They answered all my questions clearly and took the time to explain everything. The repair was done on time and exactly as promised. When I picked up my car, it was delivered in immaculate condition — not only on the outside, but also very clean inside. You can really tell they care about their work and about the customer. I highly recommend them. Thank you for the great service.
My experience was extremely positive with my car. I needed a fender and front bumper replacement due to a collision, Ivy was really quick and precise with the estimate and to communicate with my insurance for approval. After the approval Denise contacted me and get me in as soon as possible. I’m really pleased with the work and customer service offered by this location
I appreciated the thorough walk around prior to service. Once the appointment was made the repairs were done in an effecient amount of time. I was pleasntly surpised by by the complimentary car wash, I was not expecting that. Sorry for the mess on my back seat:) The only challenge was parking the first time I brought the car in. I was confused trying to access the location ( you have to drive west on Hunter to Ferguson).
I was 'that' person calling Midtown CarStar Tuesday morning at exactly 8am as soon as they opened, and I was met with the warmest, friendliest, and most helpful person - Gerry. After explaining that I was from out of town and had just been in an unfortunate rear-end fender bender, he insisted I come in without an appointment, & ask for him, which I did. He assured me he would make sure I was safe to get myself home - four hours away. He even took my truck and had the wonderful guys in the shop quickly make sure my exhaust was properly clipped in so I wouldn't cause any further damage - at no charge! All this kindness, knowing I wouldn't be getting any work done there. Everyone I spoke with there was so kind and pleasant. This location has a great group of people with outstanding customer service. Gerry, thank you Sir, you are wonderful and thank you for the hug. I really needed it.
I had my rear bumper repaired here after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I went through insurance, and everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. Denise and Sharon at the front desk were both incredibly friendly and organized — they kept me updated throughout the process and even arranged the rental car for me, which made things so much easier. Jerry did the initial quote and inspection and explained everything clearly, even going over the repair process I could expect moving forward. Ivy handled the drop-off inspection and the pickup professionally, making sure everything was perfect before I drove away. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I had a few questions. Dan went above and beyond by taking the time to answer my questions about the bumper and what was underneath. He even removed some trim pieces carefully to show me that the metal structure underneath was still solid — that level of care, knowledge, and transparency really stood out. The repair work itself was flawless — my car looks brand new again. They even gave it back to me detailed inside and out! I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repair. The quality of the work and the customer service were both outstanding.
