Stylish steakhouse located inside the Las Vegas Hilton. Ideal for a date night or a special celebration, the service was attentive, friendly, and super efficient. In addition to a wide selection of beef, there’s also a lot seafood items, along with chicken, pork, and plenty of veggies and other sides to complement the protein. Cocktails were strong but pricey. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

It was definitely an incredible experience.The wagu cheesesteak bites that I got without onions or truffle were incredible. Had to be my favorite appetizer I’ve had . Our waitress Betty was really attentive and took care of anything we needed. The Mac and cheese and tuxedo cake was an incredible experience as well. The rib cap was definitely a great cut that I’ve never had before .Definitely would recommend .

Wow!! This place is 10/10. The atmosphere is classy and so beautiful. The menu is diverse with plenty of options and the food is outstanding! Our server Misho was incredibly attentive and kind. He made our experience that much more special. Highly recommend dining here if you’re in Vegas!

Had a beautiful dinner at Carver’s. My server, Betty, was amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely a joy to talk to! I had oysters to start, then a perfectly cooked ribeye paired with a Pinot Noir. The lobster tail, bone marrow, mac and cheese, asparagus, and portobello mushrooms were all delicious and well-prepared. The atmosphere felt elevated, comfortable, and unforced. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We recently hosted a private company event at Carver Steakhouse at Resorts World, and it was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The branding—both digital and beautifully displayed on the tables—made our event feel personalized and special. The food was incredible, the drinks were expertly crafted and strong, and the service was nothing short of fantastic. The team curated the room perfectly, working within our budget while delivering exceptional value. The private dining rooms were stunning and created the perfect atmosphere for our small event. We highly recommend Carver Steakhouse for private dining and intimate gatherings. The attention to detail, amazing food and drinks, and top-notch service make it a standout choice for any occasion.
