i just wanted to say thank you for being the only tech shop i’ve been to that actually heard me out and tried to diagnose my laptop. i’ve been to about dozen different shops around the area this month looking for a solution to my black screen, and they all either weren’t willing to work with my laptop brand, weren’t willing to work with screens, or stopped me in the middle of my explanation to tell me that it was pointless and try to make a sale without even looking at any of the circuitry. this shop listened, asked clarifying questions, took my laptop apart, and was able to find out that the part everyone kept telling me needed to be replaced was actually just fine, and that it was likely a different issue entirely. will definitely be returning, thank you again. UPDATE: i got home from the shop and opened my laptop, and the screen is on!! which i guess means a cable or component must’ve just been loose or disconnected. WHICH i could’ve found out a month ago if anyone had been willing to actually look at my laptop instead of brushing me off. again, cannot thank you enough for actually trying to help me (and succeeding)!!!

On Monday, July 28 of 2025 i brought an extremely water damaged iPhone 14 Pro Max to this repair shop with very little hope that the phone was fixable. It was having a “panic-full-(current date and time)” data log every 3 minutes. It was crashing non stop and i couldn’t do anything about it, the water had infiltrated the housing of the phone to the point that there was water behind the glass in-front of the cameras that was visible from the outside. I initially took it to Micro-center because they were closer to my location and i was desperate to have my phone fixed. Micro-center said the phone couldn’t be fixed. I took it to CELLUTIONZ and within 3 hours (which was over the course of 2 days because i brought it in right before closing on the first day so that’s totally fine), the gentleman behind the counter had that shit like it was brand new. I had called the man working on my phone immediately before they closed on the first day (which was like 45 minutes after dropping it off and calling him from a friend’s phone) and he said the charging port may need replaced which would be an upcharge, and i was okay with that, but he said he wouldn’t charge me if it didn’t make a difference to the functionality of the device. I go in the next day to pick it up and he tells me he continued to work on it and clean it and that he didn’t need to replace anything. This company goes out of their way to save their customers money and to provide a good experience. I highly recommend them.
