I had such a great experience at the Madison rd location ! Ethan and Jay were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The service was fast and everything went smoothly. You can tell they’re professional but also genuinely nice. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

Fantastic service. Brandon P. fixed my IPhone 16 pro charging port issue in minutes and saved me from paying for a full service charging port replacement. Will definitely go straight to these guys next time!

Nathan absolutely went above and beyond for me when I cracked my phone screen. I tried using the insurance that was purchased for the phone and when the insurance company tried to yank me around, Nathan stepped in and set the record straight ensuring that the repairs needed could be made. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of quick professional service, and if you prefer to deal with actual human beings, who dont lack empathy and have incredible amounts of patience. Brandon at UBIF was absolutely terrific. My phone had charging port issues. He diagnosed it in about 10 seconds, fixed it in 3 minutes.I can’t remember a better customer service experience. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks, Brandon!

Had a great experience getting a battery replacement here. Brandon was amazing! I called ahead just to make make sure they had a battery in stock. Once I arrived, they swapped out the battery and even though they quoted 1hr it felt like they got it done in 20 minutes or less!
