CertaPro painted our exterior and then we had them back months later to do most of our interior walls. They're good communicators and made everything easy, and finished a day ahead of schedule on the interior. Thanks!
CertaPro was awesome! Easy to schedule the visit for the quote, and they were able to get our little bathroom project done and spruced up before we hosted Thanksgiving. :) We'll have them back in the new year to paint our downstairs hallway.
Joey and his team were professional and prompt/efficient in completing the job. They listen to the customer’s concerns and tailor the needs of the client. I am very pleased with the outcome of the service as well as the competitive cost to do the job. Will not hesitate to use Joey again and refer him to friends.
I would highly recommend CertaPro, I used them to paint the exterior of my home. One of their reps came out and walked the perimeter of the home with me, making lots of useful suggestions on how to prepare my home (items like getting cables/wiring and landscaping ready). She also provided color advice which I appreciated. Communication was fantastic, I always knew what days to expect the crew and what they were going to work on each day. It's a process with power washing, drying, painting doors, needing door jams open - they were extremely professional and left my home clean and my property taken care of. Certa's Pro's pricing was exactly what I expected to pay - right in the middle of the range and their sale rep and crew leader were very professional and clearly new what they were doing. I have a mid-century modern home with cedar siding and I wanted to make sure I was working with experts and I'm very happy with the results.
We couldn't have been happier with CertaPro for our exterior house painting project. From scheduling the estimate, to having the estimate done, to scheduling the work, to the communication during the project, to the finished project, we had a uniformly positive experience. Communication was clear and prompt with at every step of the process. The team was punctual every day start to finish, with regular check-ins about progress. And, most importantly, the quality of the work seems excellent - our house looks awesome, as good or better than we were expecting. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
