Zoom Drain is the type of company you hope to never call but when you do you know you're in great hands. We had a clog that was difficult to diagnose and required multiple points of inspection. Anthony did an incredible job making sure to only do what was required and educate us on your plumbing system every step of the way. When it came to the fix their crew was quick and efficient. We hope to not need their services again but if we do we know who to call :)
We’ve called upon Zoom Drain twice now and had a great experience both times. Anthony is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and honest. On his first visit it was my daughter’s birthday, and we had a day filled with plans—Anthony was quick to come out and help and work with our schedule, he was thoughtful about being quiet since my daughter was still sleeping, and he fixed the clog that day. On his next visit about 6 months later, he thoroughly checked everything and ultimately didn’t recommend any service—which really impressed us. The fact that he drove 40+ minutes out of his way just to let us know everything looked good, without charging a cent, speaks volumes about his integrity and the values of Zoom Drain. We’ll absolutely be recommending them to friends and family and will use them again if we ever need to in the future.
I will recommend Zoom Drain to all my family and friends. We had a stopped kitchen sink drain that we could not clear after trying serval things. Anthony came out and fixed it no problem, he was professional and very personable. Also very knowledgeable and was happy to explain things, told me how to maintain my drain. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. Great service from the entire company, they text and email to keep you informed and even sent a profile with a picture of Anthony.
We used Zoom Drain in 2020 to fix a similar issue. It was so nice that they had all of our previous notes from the work done, and that they were able to send out someone very quickly (squeezing us between other appointments on a Saturday!!) to help us get our sewer draining again! Anthony was extremely professional and explained everything in detail, and gave us a peace of mind that Zoom Drain will come and scope our line anytime since we have been a repeat customer.
Always professional and get the job done. Perfect service. Just did an amazing job on new sewer line and liner so we didn't have to replace sidewalk and street. City inspector loved the work. Zoom drain is very good on this type of service.
