You’ve gotta really want Chick-fil-A to come to this one — it’s tucked inside a hospital, so you have to go through security, show your ID, and get your bag checked just to get in. The walk to the food court isn’t short either, but once you’re there, it’s the same tasty Chick-fil-A we all know. The staff was super kind, and they’ve got this cool self-checkout scanner that makes things quick. Definitely not your average fast food run, but worth it if you’re nearby.
It takes dedication to eat at this Chick Fil A if you're a regular customer... it's inside a hospital, meaning you also have to give your ID and have them search your backpack and purse and go through a detector in order to eat here. The walk is a long journey too, relatively speaking. Delish though as usual. And the cafeteria staff was very sweet :) They have a cool food scanner when you check out
I was in the area working and decided to stop in and grab a late lunch for a few of us. This Chick-fil-A is inside a hospital , which is my first time experiencing a fast food restaurant inside a hospital. Everything was handicap accessible and extremely well-maintained. The staff members that I encountered were all very friendly and personable. The food was freshly prepared and the nuggets were piping hot (I believe). The only downside being that, there were a few customers ahead of me and they appeared to have been waiting for their food for quite some time. And they were out of ketchup. Not a big deal, in itself, but you could see that some of the customers were less than pleased. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you.
Ok we all know chic fil a is not cheap they proud of their service and food. Well first time here and I order a #3 12pc combo. I open up my nugget box and see that only 9 pc were box up, IDK if I should be more embarrassed of going to ask where my 3 pc were or brmei g the having employee that can't count the pcs. I. paid for a 12 pc meal but only got 9 pc meal. Chic fil a should be ashamed of them selves and who they hire. Just like they want their money I want my full meal I paid for, SMH. Will never return to this location.
