we had an amazing anniversary there!!! Sabrina made it so so special and the food was amazing. free bubbly, appetizer, dessert, and even a card!! birria spring rolls and pineapple upside down cake some of the best thing we’ve ever eaten!! will definitely be coming back for special occasions.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary because of the many positive reviews, and we clearly indicated in the reservation that it was a special occasion. However, when we arrived, we were offered a table in the lounge area directly under a TV, and the music level throughout the restaurant felt too loud for us. This was disappointing, as we had planned a quiet evening to talk and reminisce about our life together. We approached the manager and asked if it was possible to move to a quieter dining area. He was polite and caught on quickly, explaining that a table there might become available soon. Shortly after, we were moved to the dining area and seated at a wonderful table. The mood and atmosphere of our evening were restored. We truly enjoyed the food -the steaks and the Wild Mushroom & Goat Cheese Dip were excellent. The service was unobtrusive yet attentive, and the atmosphere of the restaurant perfectly matched the purpose of our visit. We would like to thank the staff for ensuring a wonderful experience, despite a minor issue with the table that could have dampened the evening.

This was our second time at chop. The first time more than 10 years ago and there was a reason we hadn’t been back. We decided to give it a second chance on our 10 year anniversary as we wanted to try something new. To start we ordered the birria egg rolls and chili garlic shrimp, both were juicy and flavourful. For our mains we both ordered the steak and lobster. My steak was cooked medium and my partners cooked medium well, somehow his steak was more tender but mine was very tough and dry that I didn’t end up finishing it. Also was a bit disappointed with the lobster size and how it was overcooked. However the mashed potatoes were perfect. The service wasn’t the greatest. Our server never introduced himself and checked on our table once or twice even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy.

Our first time and celebrated our Anniversary here. Experience was great! We had the butcher's board though the smoked rib eye was sold out and it was replaced by only a normal ribe eye. Requested medium but the ribeye at the both ends are a little over, but still good. The oven roasted chicken was nice but was expecting a bigger serving for it's price. The Chocolate layered cake was heavenly! Will be back here for future celebrations.

Amazing experience! The steak was cooked perfectly — tender and full of flavor. The burger was juicy and delicious, easily one of the best I’ve had. And the dessert was the perfect finish — sweet, rich, and beautifully served. Highly recommend this place for a great meal from start to finish!
