I had my first session with Christina and immediately felt welcomed. She took the time to ask about my goals and any limitations, then explained and demonstrated exercises that were actually tailored to me (not some generic routine). I liked that she mixed things up with different movements so it never got boring, and the workout felt health-focused and balanced. She’s easygoing, not pushy at all, but still keeps you motivated.
